Since 2020, FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS has touched the lives of thousands of people with heartfelt stories. Now I want to take this format out into the wider world. To that end, I’m looking for a few extraordinary people who are eager to create a space for genuine connections in their city. People who are willing to take on responsibility. Who want to be hosts. Who want to inspire others.

Maybe you’ve been carrying this idea around with you for a long time. You want to bring people together. To facilitate conversations that happen far too rarely in everyday life. To create a place where people can laugh, cry, and learn together. Maybe you’ve even thought about organizing events yourself.

I founded FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS because I'm convinced that stories can change people.

Since the launch of FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS in 2020, I’ve hosted over 50 shows, each consistently drawing between 80 and 150 guests; I’ve heard hundreds of moving stories; and I’ve learned what makes events successful—and what causes them to fail.

I want to share this knowledge with you—not as dry theory, but as a mentor by your side—so you can successfully launch your own FAIL IN LOVE NIGHT in your city.

You don't just become an event organizer

As a FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS City Host, you’ll be the host of these encounters. People will remember your evenings. They’ll remember conversations that changed them. Stories that gave them hope. Requirements

You are willing to independently organize and host at least 4 shows per year.
You're ready to take responsibility for the success yours To take over shows.
You are reliable and work conscientiously.
You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in event management and hosting (not required).
Ideally, you should live in the city where you want to launch FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS.
You share the values of FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS.

Not every application will result in a city license

And that's by design. I'm not looking for as many organizers as possible. I’m looking for the right people. These are people who are willing to share the mission and vision of FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS—telling honest stories, breaking down prejudices, and creating non-discriminatory spaces where people no longer feel alone with their experiences. That’s why, for now, I’m only offering a limited number of spots as an exclusive FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS City Host.

When we work together, you won't just be a participant in a program. You'll be one of the people who help shape FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS.
