You’ll gain more confidence in difficult conversations and learn techniques that can be applied immediately in both romantic relationships and friendships. In this interactive workshop, we’ll dive deep into the secrets of successful communication.

Your Speaker

Juli Schultz-Stockheim (35) studied political science and sociology and has been working in political communications for over 15 years. Following a painful breakup, she also founded the live show FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS—Stories of Failure in Love in 2019 and hosts the shows in Cologne and other cities throughout Germany. Through these shows, she helps people better understand themselves and others and have more meaningful conversations with one another. With over 50 shows under her belt, she’s heard quite a few stories and lessons, and she’ll share the best tips with you.

Communication is Juli's passion and her profession. In the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS Workshops she teaches you innovative methods from neuroscience, among other things, on how we can communicate better and really Communicate successfully In the workshop „Communication That Connects: Listen Better. Speak More Clearly. Truly Reach People,“ Juli will introduce you to the Deep Listening technique to take your conversations to a new level. What you learn will help you in both your romantic relationships and your friendships.

In relationships, two (or more) people come together, each bringing their own unique past experiences. And these worlds can not only be very different, but—especially in romantic relationships—they can clash quite a bit. Learn in the workshop „Finally Resolve Those Same Old Relationship Conflicts“ Get to know your relationship and attachment style—that is, how you’ve learned to navigate relationships—and gain a whole new, playful understanding of how people with different attachment styles see you.

In the workshop „Stage. Story. Community – How to Create Events That Inspire People“ Juli will teach you how to make your event idea a success and fill the venue. Here, you'll learn everything—from designing an exciting format to finding the right venue and reaching your target audience, all the way to hosting skills and crisis management.

Yes, each workshop can be booked for a maximum of 12 people.

Each workshop stands on its own and covers distinct content. They can be combined as needed. The workshop „Stage. Story. Community—How to Create Events That Inspire People“ stands out from the other two available workshops in that it focuses not on relationships, but on event planning and PR.
